The baseline difference of the fat cattle, comparing to São Paulo, is 2,16%, or R$5,00/@ more, with the fat cattle at paulista’s markewt quoted at R$226,50/@, prices at portions, taxes discounted (Senar and Funrural).

The fat calf quote remained stable duiring the week, being negotiated at R$226,50/@, at portions, taxes discounted (Senar and Funrural).

In the short term, with a great portion of refrigeration industries away from a purchasing position, and the low outflow of the bovine meat at retail, the expectation is of stability along with a downward trend prevailing in the region.
